Learn how to make simple recipes, using medicinal herbs as food.  Make salads and dressings, butters, teas, decoctions, syrups, oxymels, and macerations.   We will use herbs like red clover, nettle, globe artichoke, chickweed, parsley, gotu kola, artemisia and more. We will wander through the garden and talk about the herbs. You will learn how to grow, and identify these herbs, how and when to harvest them, their medicinal properties and nutritional value.
