Herbs and Nutrition for Stress, Anxiety and Sleep; Saturday, 10. November 2018, 9-12 am


This workshop will provide and introduction to the powerful, gentle yet effective herbs used to treat stress, anxiety and insomnia.  Leigh will explain the subtle differences between these gentle yet powerful herbs.  She will teach you a hands-on approach, how to turn a plant into medicine making tinctures, teas and decoctions. Herb garden show, tell and grow: Nicola will take you through her garden and talk about practical herb growing. And Michal will venture into nutrition and your mind: which foods or supplements can be used to combat stress, calm your mind and helps you to stay on the top of things. He will finish the course with an easy breathing exercises and a short meditation you can do at home.
